Custom sublimation orders will be sent no later than 3 days before the needed due date. Please be advised that custom orders take time, but we will ensure that items are sent in a timely manner.
We are not responsible for any items once the order has been sent and a tracking number has been given.

All sales are final no exchanges or refunds. Once the order has shipped and a tracking number has been received, the item is no longer our responsibility.
